Our early childhood teachers are at the forefront of implementing industry-leading best practices through intentional teaching, fostering partnerships, and engaging in critical reflection. They, alongside our educators, serve as the primary interface with the children in our care. By responding to their strengths and interests, our early childhood teachers craft high-quality children’s programs aligned with legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as contemporary theories.
At Advanced Early Learning, children's safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to employing individuals who are well-informed and prioritise child safety. Our thoughts, values, and actions are all directed towards creating a safe environment where children's rights, needs, interests, and voices guide our decision-making process.
